What this means

A journey does not restate the pages it visits. Each step is a sentence or two about what to look at and why it is drawn the way it is, and then it gets out of the way — the article, the relationships and the sources are on the page it sends you to. Every step is a real page with real records behind it: a journey is a reading order, not a tour of examples.
